Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, she earned a degree in Integrated Strategic Communications from the University of Kentucky with a specialization in Global Brand Development. She began her career in Stuttgart, Germany, where she worked in healthcare marketing, helping to expand brand visibility on a global scale. Now based in Birmingham, Sophia applies her expertise to support individuals on their path to recovery, an effort deeply rooted in her own family’s experience navigating addiction and mental health.
