Our team embodies the resilience and growth that our company stands for because each member has proven this in their own lives. Every member of our staff has a story of overcoming hardship that allows them to empathize with clients in a way that sets us apart from the pack.
Longleaf understands that we are living in an ever-evolving world. We know that there are various modalities and approaches that continue to expand daily. With that, we encourage our team to “nerd out” over what they are passionate about. Whether that looks like continuing education courses, expanded licensure, or anything else, our leadership completely backs our staff to become experts at their craft.
