Cammann Harris, BS

Cammann is from Atlanta, GA and moved to Birmingham in August of 2020. She has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Kennesaw State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of Alabama. Cammann has a passion for helping others and is excited to be part of that process at Birmingham Recovery Center. She believes in the importance of meeting everyone who walks through the doors of BRC with kindness and compassion, as well as the importance of quality care. As a person in long-term recovery, Cammann knows how important a good foundation is and knows BRC will be that for the community.

Emily Croft

Emily, originally from Bremen, GA, is an Intake Representative at Birmingham Recovery Center. With a heart for service, she holds a key position in the CA area, sponsoring women and guiding them through their journey to sobriety using the 12 steps. Emily’s compassion stems from her own experience in recovery, understanding the challenges of seeking help firsthand. As one of the first points of contact for individuals seeking treatment, she believes in offering understanding, love, and compassion to everyone she encounters. Outside of her work, Emily finds solace in caring for her beloved dog Pearl, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and indulging her love for plants and scary movies.

Allison Payne, LMSW

Allison is a dedicated therapist at Longleaf Recovery, bringing a wealth of personal and professional experience to the field of addiction recovery. As a person in long-term recovery, Allison understands firsthand the challenges and triumphs that come with achieving a fulfilling life free from substances. This personal journey fuels her passion for helping others find their own paths to recovery.

Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alabama and a Master of Social Work from the University of North Alabama. This educational background, combined with her personal recovery experience, equips Allison with a unique and empathetic perspective in her therapeutic practice.

Utilizing a solution-focused, person-centered therapeutic approach, Allison empowers clients to make meaningful changes to better their lives. By creating a supportive and collaborative environment, Allison helps clients develop the skills and resilience needed to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting well-being.

Kileigh Carson

Kileigh has always been fueled by her free spirit and passion for helping others. A native of Huntsville, she earned her Bachelor of Communication Arts from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Dedicated to her community, she believes in spreading awareness and breaking the stigma surrounding addiction, advocating for compassion and understanding. Kileigh’s journey into recovery has been one of resilience and transformation. Drawing strength from her unique life experiences, she encourages and supports those in need to navigate similar challenges, reminding them that there is always hope no matter what the circumstances. Committed to fostering genuine human connection, she believes in promoting a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic environment. Kileigh is very involved in the recovery community in Huntsville and sponsors other women through a 12-step program. Other elements of her holistic lifestyle in long-term recovery include enjoying and exploring the outdoors with her daughter, kickboxing, seeing live music, designing flower arrangements, and crafting. Kileigh is excited to be a part of the quality, individualized, client-focused treatment provided by the Longleaf team.
